Abstract
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
ABI is a simple, cheap, non invasive and quick tool that can
predict subclinical atherosclerotic diseases at bedside.
Abnormal ABI has high specificity in detecting individuals
with sub clinical atheroscleresis but hs CRP has low specificity So
ABI can be used as an important bedside test to identify individuals
with asymptomatic atherosderosis. Long leg term follow up and
with large number of patients may be recommended to high light the
results of this work.
