Abstract The main objective of the present work is to study the tensile and shear (in-plane and interlaminar) behaviors of cross-ply [0°/90°] GFR/polyester laminates which were cut at different off-axis angles (0°, 15°, 30°, and 45°) to give specimens with different stacking sequences ([0°/90°] , [15°/-75°] , [30°/-60°] , and [45°/-45°] respectively). The aluminum hydroxide ,Al(OH)3, was added to the resin (polyester) to enhance its fire retardancy |
