Abstract
the present study included 20 RA patients diagnosed according to the ACR criteria, with different ages , sex and were mostly newly diagnosed also 70 first degree relatives were sampled for the presence of anti-CCP RAis the most common inflammatory joint disease .it is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammation of joints that can lead to joint deformity and severe disability.
