Abstract The aim of this study is to estimate the relationship of some sexual dysfunction disorders (premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction due to venous leakage) and chronic prostatitis. We found that pain is the most common symptom of chronic prostatitis. Painful ejaculation is the most common type of pain, while dysuria is the most common urinary symptom of prostatitis. Prostetitis is a well-defined cause of Secondary premature ejaculation prostatitis is associated with erectile dysfunction. Yet it is not claimed for venogenic erectile dysfunction. The mechanism by which prostatitis is affecting the quality of erection still not yet known. From our study we concluded that chronic prostatitis is causes secondary premature ejaculation and weak erection but not through disturbing veno-acclusive function. |
