Abstract In the present study, we have measured the electrical and magnetic properties of aniline compounds of the general formula. The measurements were carried out in order to investigate both structural and magnetic phase transition. The experimental data were collected from room temperature up to near the melting point of each sample. The of the electrical resistivity were carried out for both irradiated and unirradiated samples. The values of the activation energies for both irradiated and unirradiated samples indicate a behaviour of semiconductoe of these compounds. It was found that the effect of irradiation is to generate electrons from transforming. This generation of electrons will continue to certain limit after which the recovery effect fecomes larger than the generation effect. |
