Abstract Is to study the efficacy of ophthalmic previtrectomy echography in : Evaluating the vitreoretinal relationship. 1- 2- predicting visual outcome. in cases of complicated PDR, and to correlate these findings with the operative findings. The conclusion of this study is that preoperative echography, especially if done with there dimensional thinking, remain a very helpful tool in detecting vitreoretinal relationship in diabetic patients. it may put the plane for surgery and may give a clue for preoperative risk factors and postoperative prognosis. |
