Abstract
From the above results it could be concluded that: 1) In liver cells, the expression of three types of COX-1, COX-2 and COX-3 was different from one type to other one. 2) COX-1, COX-2 and COX-3 immunosignals changed with the development of the liver tissue. 3) The COX-1 staining was resemble COX-2 staining in some ages whoever it resemble COX-3 in other ages.
