Abstract
—
The present investigation was carried out on (120)
adult Egyptian sheep (3_5 years old). These animals ware reared on Berseem and Grasses at different localities belonging to Behera Governorate. The distribution of the ànima1s under investigation were divided into 6 groups. Each group included of 8 lactating, 7 pregnant females and 5 males in an adult stages as following:— Group A: Consist of 20 animals (apparently clinically
healthy sheep) kept on Berseem at El—Mahmodia C ity.
Group B: Included of 20 animals reared on Grasses at El—Mahmodia City.
Group C: Consist of 20 animals grazing on Berseem at Edfina Village.
Group D: Included of 20 animals kept on Grasses at Edfina Village.
Group E: Consist ot’ 20 animals reared on Berseem at Mansheat iwan Village.
