Abstract Four hundred and eighty samples of milk and milk products (raw milk (60), pasteurized milk (60), Darnietta cheese (60), yoghurt of Market (60) and yoghurt of hospital sample (60), processed cheese of market sample (60) and processed cheese of hospital samples (60) and butter (60). In addition one hundred and twenty samples of nasal swabs (40), mouth swabs (40) and sputum (40) were collected from different markets and hospitals in Alexandria city and examined for &aiot. o( zootUc Cood çoisonin% rnicroor%anisms and other disease 1&me caused by variety of pathogeris in human beings. The obtained results revealed the following: 1) Organisms Isolated from raw milk Salmonella (5%), Eseherichia 1i (25%), Staphyloccus (10%), SCpIQCQU py.gn (25 %), oiynebactenuln (5%), Campylobacter jjuni (5%), Aeromonas hyDROPhilia ‘10%), aLo.ccu fali, (34%), K.lebsiella LQgae (35%), aeruginosa (3%), Proteus morganii (3 0%), Proteus utgeri (2%), CitrQb.act freirndii (20%), ntcrhactr aerg.ene \ Providencia A (20), and Providenica B (20%). |
