المستخلص Arabic-speaking children with Specific Language Impairment (SLI) have been under-investigated when it comes to assessing their phonological awareness abilities and when providing them with a phonological awareness oriented therapy. The current work investigates Arabicspeakers with SLI for their phonological awareness skills using a newly adapted battery. The work also included devising a Metaphonological therapy program and compares the improvement achieved by the children receiving this therapy with the improvement achieved by applying conventional Articulation Drill therapy and Minimal-Pair-Matching therapy. |
