Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the site of action of histamine by the use of the specific histamine receptor antagonists, mepyramine and cimetidne. Histamine H1 and H2 receptors have been biologically identified and characterized in a number of tissue preparations. That histamine plays an important role in various body functions so as to existence within the cells of the body. The currency of histamine in the body as a result of its effect on the receptors of its own divided into H 1 , H 2 , and antihistamines are also divided into anti- H 1 , H 2 antagonists that are important in the field of science and medicine. This was encouraged to do this , which aims to determine the quality of these receptors in some tissues of some experimental animals using antihistamines for each of e 1 , e 2 Almipramen and Alsimitdan sequentially . - from this study concluded the following results : 0 effect on muscle involuntary isolated : I’ve found that histamine in different doses him influential stimulus to a bowel movement in guinea pigs and also adversely stimulus on the movement of the stomach in rats by receptor activation of histamine H 1 , where he found that Almipramen contradictory histamine H 2 . It has been observed serious chilling effect of histamine on those tissues in the presence of Alsimitdan which is contradictory to the reaction of histamine on H 2 . Among these results it is clear that histamine affects bowel movement through its effect on receptors histamine H 1.2 and the effect of the prevailing histamine is to stimulate a bowel movement through its impact on histamine H 1 receptors and make sure that the use of Almipramen which contradictory to that effect . Activate bowel movement through its effect on the histamine H 1 receptors and make sure that the use of Almipramen which is contradictory to that effect . I have also found that the effect of histamine stimulus to the movement of the uterus after treatment fabric Bamasimitdan ( Aamadad receptors for histamine H 2 ) . Can be summed up in the tissue of the uterus that often contains the e 2 Any recipe which has sovereignty over the H 1 receptor in tissue of the uterus . It is so clear that the effect of histamine on tracheal muscle in guinea pigs resulted from the effect on the receptor only 1 e and that there is no H 2 in the fabric. 0 effect on the circulatory system and respiratory : The study proved that histamine causes activation of the heart muscle isolated from guinea pigs and frogs also show that this effect Balbapramen ( anti- histamine receptors H 1) . While Alsimitdan contradictory to this stimulant effect of histamine and it is clear that the effect of histamine was mainly due to activation of histamine H 2 receptors . I have found that histamine is happening down in blood pressure in a dose- dependent injected and accompanied by a decline in the number and increase the power of the heart and I’ve found that the effect of histamine was through its effect on all of histamine receptors blood vessels . We have demonstrated these results after injection of both ( antibiotics receptor histamine H 1 , H 2 ) . Experience has shown that histamine causes an increase in blood pressure extended injection Alsaramen and Alsimitdan together because of the effect of histamine on the gland above the thyroid As for the effect of histamine on breathing has been observed to be happening and temporarily stopped breathing snag an increase in the rate of rapid breathing . It has been shown that apnea causes the effect of histamine H 1 receptors where it has done to counter this effect and increased respiration , which track apnea due to indirect stimulation of the respiratory centers in the brain .
