Abstract
Aim of this work is to study : Assess the safety and accuracy of dobutamine stress echocardiography in dection of coronary artery disease in patients with left bundle branch block.also the current study aimed at evaluating safety and accuracy of DSE in detection of CAD in patients with LBBB.
The study was caducted in forty with LBBB . 28 mals (70%) and 12 females (30%) with thier age ranged from 40 to 66 years with mean value 55.3+6.9years.
