Abstract
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is an extremely dysphoric-endocrine chronic disorder of familial component and a broad range of morbidity. Despite remarkable research, it remains elusive and excites considerable controversy. No single theory has been established to explain the entire diversity of PMS symptomatology.
