Abstract
Thies work was carried out to study the effect of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory indomethacin on the histological structure of the testis of adult male a alibino rat. Forty five adult male albino rats were used in this study. They were divided into three main groups; it was divided into two subgroups (T1) and ( T2 ) both recevid indomethacin with high therapetic dose (2075 mg / 150 gm B .w.t./ day), by intragastric tube daily for two weeks and four weeks respectively.
