Security is a fundamental value for the emergence of urban society. Houses and the environment surrounding them (the housing assembly) are respected to be the first level that should provide the safety for the individuals themselves and their families. The responsibility for this does not relay on the individuals and the police only, but also on the included architects as designers and planners.
