Abstract
the main objective ofthisstudy was to:-
1- study the intestinal bacterial flora of calves from brith till weaning.
2- determine thehemolytic activity of some E. coli isolates.
3- serotyping the isolated E. coli.
4- detect the enterotoxin gene E.coli by PCR.
