Abstract
A water sprayed coil appeared as a powerful option in designing a space for critical temperature and humidity control.
Therefore the objective of this thesis is to present a comprechensive heat and mass transfer performance analysis of water sprayed coil at different operating conditions.
For this purpose a set of coupled differential equations describing the head and mass transfer from water sprayed coil are solved numerically.
Several controlling parameters are identified to determine the water sprayed coil performance under all operation modes. As cooling and/or humidification, cooling and dehumidification, heating and / or humidification modes.
